1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bwslot Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bwslot strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is operated and marketed primarily for Indonesian players. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own legal risk.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapable by a competent court are not eligible to use the Platform.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on bwslot. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or under different names or identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or Account suspension imposed by bwslot or by any other gaming operator under a shared exclusion programme.
• Not an Employee: Current employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of persons working for bwslot or any of its affiliated entities are not eligible to maintain a gaming Account or participate in promotions.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bwslot's features, Users must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

1. Accurate Information: All personal details provided at registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — must be truthful and accurate. bwslot may at any time request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of information provided.
2. One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one Account. Duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any balances therein may be forfeited without notice.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bwslot recommends using a unique password of at least 12 characters containing a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4. Unauthorised Access: You must notify bwslot's customer support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bwslot will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
5. Account Currency: All Accounts on bwslot are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in IDR. bwslot does not currently support multi-currency Accounts.
6. Account Inactivity: An Account that records no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be deemed inactive. bwslot reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 to dormant Accounts after written notice has been issued to the registered email address. The Account balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

4 KYC Verification

bwslot is committed to maintaining a safe, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, all Users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawal functionality is enabled. KYC may also be triggered at any time at bwslot's discretion during the Account lifecycle.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM). The document must be valid, clearly legible, and show your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months displaying your full name and residential address as registered on your bwslot Account.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where a deposit has been made via a bank account or e-wallet, bwslot may request evidence confirming ownership of that payment method — such as a screenshot of the registered account name matching your KTP.
• Source of Funds: For high-volume accounts, bwslot may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for gaming activity. This may include payslips, tax returns, business registration certificates, or bank statements.

All submitted KYC documents are processed within 24 to 72 hours on business days (WIB, UTC+7). bwslot reserves the right to suspend withdrawal services and freeze Account balances pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the initial request may be closed and balances reviewed in accordance with Clause 14.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

bwslot supports a comprehensive range of local Indonesian payment methods to ensure seamless transactions for all registered Users. The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing delays caused by the banking system, scheduled maintenance windows at local banks, or national holidays are outside bwslot's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• bwslot does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bwslot accepts no liability.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Average processing time: 3 minutes for verified Accounts during standard banking hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or during national public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Independence Day on 17 August) may experience extended processing times of up to 24 hours.
• All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own legal name matching the name on your verified KYC documents. bwslot does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review under bwslot's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention protocols. bwslot reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of enhanced due diligence checks.
• Users must have fulfilled any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bwslot offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount. The wagering requirement must be fulfilled exclusively on qualifying Games as specified in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
2. Validity Period: Bonus funds that are not used within 7 calendar days of being credited to an Account will expire and be removed automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
3. Maximum Bonus Conversion: The maximum amount that may be converted from bonus funds to withdrawable real-money balance is capped at 3x the original bonus value, unless a higher cap is explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
4. Game Weighting: Not all Games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate between 10% and 50%. The specific weighting schedule is displayed on each promotion's detail page.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Users may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in automatic forfeiture of the current bonus balance and its associated wagering progress.
6. Abuse Prevention: bwslot reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend Accounts where it reasonably determines that a User or a group of coordinated Users has exploited bonus terms in bad faith. This includes, but is not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
7. Promotional Changes: bwslot may at its sole discretion modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the registered email address or via an in-Platform notification.

7 Game Rules & Betting

The following provisions govern gameplay and betting activity across all Games available on the bwslot Platform:

• Final Decisions: All game outcomes, bet settlements, and payout calculations determined by bwslot's certified systems are final. In the event of a dispute between the displayed result and a User's expectation, the system log shall be the definitive record.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error during active gameplay, bwslot reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the User's Account balance. No additional claims for winnings will be entertained in respect of voided rounds.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets, including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, mix parlay accumulators, and voor bola (Asian handicap) lines are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1 and Piala AFF) or, where applicable, the data feed provider used by bwslot. Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each Game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the Game interface. bwslot reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Users based on account history and risk profile without prior notice.

Matches suspended, forfeited, or altered in format after wagering has commenced may be settled as void at bwslot's discretion.
• RNG Certification: All slot and table games on the Platform use Random Number Generation (RNG) algorithms certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. RTP percentages for individual games are available on request from the customer support team.

8 Responsible Gaming

bwslot is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a suite of player-protection tools that Users can activate at any time via the Account settings panel or by contacting our support team directly:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering will be automatically suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration notifications at 30-minute or 60-minute intervals to maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Time-Out (Cooling-Off): Users may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, login access is disabled and promotional communications are suppressed.

Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the bwslot Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during Account operation.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or Account without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a known or unknown system error will be voided.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Coordinating with other Users to manipulate the outcome of any Game, bet, or sporting event (match-fixing).
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim new-player promotions multiple times, or employing systematic low-risk hedging to extract bonus value without genuine engagement.
• Transmitting, uploading, or distributing harmful code, malware, or any material that disrupts the Platform's normal operation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, while misrepresenting your location.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bwslot Platform — including but not limited to the website design, interface layout, graphics, logos, game artwork, promotional materials, written content, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of bwslot or is licensed to bwslot by its respective rights holders, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bwslot, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if bwslot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, national holidays, or circumstances beyond bwslot's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by payment providers, banks, or e-wallet operators that result in delayed or declined deposit or withdrawal transactions.
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided on the Platform for any purpose beyond its stated use as an online gaming service.

In all cases where bwslot is found liable, the aggregate liability of bwslot to any individual User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data submitted by Users in connection with the bwslot Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data in the manner described therein. Key privacy commitments include:

• All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit SSL technology.

13 Amendments

Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Users' rights or obligations — bwslot will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice via the registered email address and/or a prominent in-Platform notification before the amended Terms take effect.

For minor or administrative amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting updates that do not affect User rights), bwslot may update the Terms without prior notice, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact the support team to arrange closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

14 Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time:

• User-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.
• bwslot-Initiated Closure: bwslot may suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a material breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behaviour; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requiring account closure; or (e) activities that bwslot reasonably determines pose a reputational, financial, or legal risk to the Platform.

Upon termination for cause attributable to User misconduct, bwslot reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, in cases involving fraud or money laundering, to freeze and report remaining balances to the relevant authorities. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the effective date of termination.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bwslot holds its primary international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, bwslot encourages Users to contact the customer support team in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under bwslot's licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause affects statutory rights that you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
